Hotel Principe Palace is an exclusive Hotel situated in the heart of Lido di Jesolo. Founded in 1947, with only a hanful of rooms, but with a strong belief in excellent customer service, it has evolved to become one of the most notable hotels in the area, whilst always staying true to our beliefs and values.
We have continually endeavoured to provide all of our guests with the most comfortable and welcoming holiday experience, developing and advancing at every opportunity.
In recent years we have transformed our 6th floor to create a stunning roof top terrace, the ultimate in luxury, offering an elegant and sophisticated space to be enjoyed by all.
Our History
Hotel Principe Palace was one of the first hotels established in Lido de Jesolo and was founded by Commentadore Santin Venerino in 1947. It's incredible when you think about it now, but when we first opened, the pool didn't exist and the restaurant was in the conference room. Things have changed quite a lot since then.
There have been many changes in recent years, in fact the swimming pool did not exist and the restaurant was in today's conference room. Things have changed quite a bit since then.
The Principe Palace hotel, overlooking Piazza Mazzini, was expanded several times in 1952, 1956 and 1960. The property then passed to one of the sons Santin Mino, and is currently managed by his son Max.
In 1988, there were many renovations and extensions, with the addition of the swimming pool, bar and sun terrace on the roof. The restaurant has also been moved from the ground floor to the fourth floor, thus giving our guests a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and Piazza Mazzini.
In 2002, there was an extensive renovation of the ground floor including the reception, the lobby, the Cafè Principe and the meeting room. The restaurant has also been entirely renovated and redesigned with a traditional yet modern style.
Our last major changes occurred in 2014 and 2015, when we created our new splendid Terrazza Massimo, located on the sixth floor on the roof and completely renovated our swimming pool. In addition, new Suites and luxury rooms, have also been introduced.
